If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any item in its unworn original condition within 14 business days from the date of your order. Exchanges can be made for a different item of the same price and will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise only. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.*

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

1. Repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.

2. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by calling Customer Service, 1-212-604-0931, Monday - Friday 9:30 - 5:30 EST or via email at shop@finncreations.com. We will not accept packages without an RA number.

3. Include the RA number in the following return shipping address:

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. shop@finncreations.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

SHIPPING POLICY:

shop@finncreations.com offers shipping via UPS. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Currently, we only offer shipping to customers in the United States. We can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shipping to different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

Your shopping cart will provide you with an estimated shipping rate. To obtain an accurate shipping amount, simply enter your ship-to zip code and click submit. The drop down box will list the prices for UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver. Select your preferred method and click "check out".

All orders require 2-3 working days processing time before shipmentis made. shop@finncreations.com does not process orders during weekends or Holidays.

For HI, AK, and PR customers: UPS can only ship via 2nd day or overnight, and shipping time will not be guaranteed.
